Mark is the owner of 3 restaurants and a butcher shop. He's on the forefront of the slow foods movement, and the lead scorer three seasons running in the New York coed soccer league. Besides being the proud father of two light-eyed children, he also owns property somewhere outside of the city (nobody can figure out exactly where that is), where he spends most of his time caring for his chickens and ducks and growing spinach.
