You've seen her chatting up the marinade-meistros at countless BBQ competitions around the city.  You've stumbled upon photos of her smiling behind a steaming pile of meat at your favorite restaurant.  You may even have seen her fork-in-hand beside a plate of greens, so long as a chocolate-covered frozen desert was just a short promise away.

She's Lia Bulaong, champion of New York City eating.  Not pompous enough to write her own food blog, not egocentric enough to start her own restaurant, yet her opinion has more lasting power than any crumbling food review publishing empire.

Lia prefers to simply engage her friends and loved ones (many of whom know her only from her online ubiquity) in a dialogue... a conversation that almost exclusively revolves around a big plate of fried goodness.
