Elliot

Williamsburg, Brooklyn

New York is a city of immigrants, and Elliot is no exception.  Seeking refuge from a childhood misspent between oppressive Quaker schoolmasters, Swiss taskmisses, and a family of litigation attorneys, Elliot, like many a person before him, left his trials at home in exotic Philadelphia in 1998 for the more even-handed street justice to be found only in the then-Hassidic Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  He has never looked back.

Now established as the leading voice for his generation of Jewish musical hand puppet animation filmmakers, Elliot is in constant demand in Berlin, where his appreciation of the weisse family of beers perfectly compliments the Bavarian's need for new and fresh Judaic animated puppet footage.  It's a symbiotic relationship that both sides cherish and nurture.
